We use Royal Mail to send out your packages, with a standard shipping rate of ONLY £2.50
When will it arrive?
All orders placed after 1pm will be processed next day, (orders after 1pm Friday will be processed on the following Monday). Delivery usually takes between 2-3 working days.
Good news!
You can track your parcel as soon as it leaves our warehouse. This is why we ask for your mobile number, because without your contact details we are unable to send tracking information.

Returns
We want our customers to be happy with their purchase... We also understand that people can change their mind, or life throws you a curve-ball! If for any reason you are not happy with the item(s) we guarantee your return will be processed within 30 days.
How does it work?
If you need to return part or all of your order please let us know within 3 days of receiving the item(s), stating the reason why it's unsuitable – we love to receive feedback to help us improve out service!
If for any reason your parcel arrives damaged, it is essential that you take photos to send as proof and let us know straight away. In the case of any damage to the items during transit we will pay for the postage back to us, and we will make a claim with Royal Mail.
